Cancellation Policy
As availability is limited on Palm Cove Watersport's tours a cancellation policy applies.
A full refund will be given if cancelled before 12pm midday on the day prior to travel.
Cancellation Fees are as follows
- After 6.00pm on the day prior to travel, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- Between 12pm midday and 6.00pm the day prior to travel, a 50% cancellation will apply.
Refunds will be given by the same method payment was made.
A change of tour date can be made to your booking prior to original tour date, without incurring any cancellation fee.
On rare occasions, tours can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should a tour not operate for any reason passengers will be offered an alternative day option or a refund.
